I offer an initial 1-2-1 Strategic Planning package comprising;
- Pre-session business information booklet for you to complete, enabling us to focus on gaining insight & planning instead of information gathering.
- Three hour 1-2-1 bespoke session; establishing goals & creating your unique strategy. By the end of the session you will have a practical 90 day plan to work on, directly aligned to achieving your goals.
- 20 min follow up call after 30 days to discuss progress.
