Since 2017 I have been working as a Business coach with the growing sector of freelancers, solopreneurs, micro & small business owners helping them to think strategically, create opportunities, overcome challenges and make great decisions. Leading themselves and their teams to achieve their goals.
In 2015 I started working with a number of ILM centres and universities offering Leadership programmes, aimed at first & middle leaders. I have developed my services to include Training Design, Delivery and Assessment; embracing new ways of delivering training and engaging learners to create confident and competent leaders
